The 40-year-old, a mother of three children, was found with injuries at 3.30pm near Goh Tong Jaya by passers-by, about 200km from Chemor in Perak where she was taken.
She is now warded at the trauma ward of the Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
Perak police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Acryl Sani told reporters here that two suspects have been arrested in connection with the abduction.
News of the abduction went viral after her niece, Delia Yong, issued an online plea to netizens to find her aunt.
Delia said her aunt was on the way home when suspects in a Proton Waja knocked into her car at about 9.30pm on Thursday in Chemor, Perak.
Delia said her aunt came out of her MPV to "negotiate" with the people who knocked into her car but was forced by the men into their car.
When met at the KL Hospital, the victim's husband expressed relief that she had been found and asked for privacy.
