KOTA BARU: A father and his two sons are among the 13 suspects arrested for allegedly gang-raping a 15-year-old schoolgirl. Worse, all 13 are related to each other.
State CID chief Asst Comm Lai Yong Heng said the suspects were all from Kampung Hutan Pasir in Ketereh, where the incident allegedly took place at an abandoned house on May 20.
