KUANTAN: A restaurant owner was placed on probation and his worker fined for possessing 310 packets of illicit cigarettes.
The proprietor, known only as Shafeeq, 20, and shopkeeper Sivaprasad Balakrishnan, 33, had pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing banned import items and cigarettes worth RM512.80.
