HULU TERENGGANU: A 21-year-old man was arrested by police for allegedly distributing drugs at a football field in Kampung Tengkawang here on Sunday morning.
The suspect was arrested with six plastic bottles of heroin worth about RM1,500, which were concealed in newspapers in a bag.
