Erdogan gets honorary doctorate from IIUM


KUALA LUMPUR: Visiting Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdo­gan has been conferred an honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Management degree by the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

It was in recognition of his contributions and leadership of Turkey and the Muslim ummah, as well as contributions to human capital development for democracy, human rights and freedom, and friendly humanitarian approaches to solving problems.
