KUALA LUMPUR: A mother who allegedly left her six-year-old daughter in the care of guardians due to work commitments has been detained to facilitate investigations.
Sources revealed that the mother abandoned the girl, identified as Nandini, because she had to take up a job in another state besides facing marital woes.
