PETALING JAYA: An insurance agent was ordered by the Sessions Court here to enter his defence on a charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.
Judge Suraiya Mustafa Kamal ruled that the prosecution’s star witness, the victim, was a credible witness and that the prosecution had successfully proven a case against Lee Bin Xi.
