PUTRAJAYA: The Higher Education Ministry will strengthen its monitoring on the progress of sponsored students under the Academic Training Scheme for Public Institutions of Higher Learning (PIHL).
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said those who fail to complete their studies would be asked to pay back.
