THE first of two phases to clear illegal farmland on a 202.3ha of land in Kampar has started.
Perak Land and Mines Department assistant director Amir Fadli Mohamed Halmi said the first phase of the operation to flatten illegal farmland was carried out on Wednesday and Thursday.
