A LAST-minute team from SK Permatang Damar Laut stunned the top teams by winning the girls’ Under-12 category in the first leg of the three-leg Under-12 Basketball Carnival held at the SJKC Shang Wu Multi-purpose hall in Ayer Itam, Penang.
SK Permatang Damar Laut beat the favourites SJKC Min Terk 1-0 in a penalty shootout in the final after both teams drew 2-2 at full time.
