DESPITE being deaf, young athlete Mohammad Farid Mat Ali has taken up the challenge of running the inaugural 10km Run For the Deaf (RFD) in September.
Using sign language, the 21-year-old, who started running four years ago, said he hoped to reach the finishing point within two hours.
