FENCERS in higher educational institutions now have another reason to rejoice as a fencing circuit catering to them has been set up.
The first leg of the circuit, called the IPT-KPM Nilai University 2014 Fencing Championship League, begins today at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang.
