IT is literally smoking hot inside a sago-making factory but sago-pellet producer Aisah Plen from Kampung Tellian Tengah in Mukah is not making a fuss about it. Sago-making is after all her family’s bread and butter.

After years of making sago pellets, the 45-year-old Melanau woman is immune to the smoke that stings her eyes and the shearing heat inside the humble looking wooden factory.
