Han Li has no trouble juggling between her studies and part-time modelling.
The 19-year-old is currently doing
her A-levels at a private university in Kuala Lumpur.
Although she has done many advertisements and worked in other motor shows, this is the first time Han Li will be in the Formula 1 Petronas Malaysia Grand Prix as a grid girl.
“I have always wanted to go to an F1 race.
“When I was younger, my dad and brother would go to Sepang but I didn’t get to accompany them.
“So this is my chance to experience the sights and sounds at the grid,” she said.
She added that she loves the noise and adrenaline rush during the race.
Han is into sports including swimming, basketball, netball, soccer, golf and tennis.
Although still a teenager, she seems mature beyond her years.
With her active lifestyle, Han keeps her schedule organised with a timetable.
She is following her parents’ advice to “always make full use of your time”.
When she is not modelling, going for classes or playing sports outdoors, Han spends time playing computer games such as FIFA 13 and Burn Out.
Other than F1, she said she loves watching football.
“I support Chelsea in the English Premier League and my favourite player is Frank Lampard.
“I can’t wait for the FIFA World Cup 2014 and will be supporting Argentina,” she said.
