THE detailed environment impact assessment (DEIA), feasibility study and project design carried out on the state’s four traffic management projects have cost RM305mil.
State Works, Utilities and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng (DAP-Bagan Jermal) said the state government would “pay” Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd, which carried out the processes, with a plot of land either Lot 713 (2.31ha) or Lot 702 (1.48ha) in Bandar Tanjung Pinang, Tanjong Tokong.
