THE Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor is close to realising its long-held dream of getting a new building soon, but the final piece of the puzzle is still missing.
The committee is awaiting the final approval letter from Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) before proceeding to demolish the current structure to make way for a RM3mil eco-animal shelter.
