PADI farmer Mohd Salleh Mohd Lazim is fondly called the ‘Jalur Gemilang man’ in his village at Kampung 5 1/2 in Simpang Empat near Alor Setar.
This is because he decorates his house and the compound with the flags every year to greet National Day.
