Permyjaya chosen as one of two target areas to be made crime-free zone

MIRI: The satellite town of Permyjaya here has been selected as one of the two target areas in Sarawak to be “whiten” and turned into a crime-free zone under the Government Transformation Programme 2.0 (GTP2).

Under the programme, Sarawak police had been allocated RM2.37mil to carry out the task to clean up the area, which is under the jurisdiction of Lutong police, of any crime and crime-related activities.
