ALTHOUGH Pacifica Appliances Sdn Bhd has charted strong growth for itself over the past 20 years, the company’s management is now entrusting the younger generation of staff to thrust the home and kitchen appliances business forward with the times.
Operation manager Elin Thai and senior manager Dinesh Nair, who have been with the company for six and seven years respectively, said younger employees bring fresher ideas to the table.
