KUCHING: The Sarawak Tourism Federation (STF) is hoping more flights will be introduced between Sarawak and Sabah to take advantage of the Land Below the Wind’s better air connectivity to destinations like China and the Philippines.
STF president Audry Wan Ulok said Sabah today enjoyed a good number of tourists from countries like China and the Philippines, and she believed the state could benefit from a tourist spillover if both sides could work hand in hand to offer a “Truly Borneo” experience.
