GETTING residents to volunteer their time to be part of the domestic waste separation pilot programme is an uphill task for Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ).
MBPJ Solid Waste Management and Public Cleaning Department director Lee Lih Shyan said the department was changing people’s habits in disposing their domestic waste and education was the main component to the programme.
