The Kakiseni International Arts Festival comes back in its third iteration to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Bintang starting today, featuring live music provided by buskers, international workshops, all lasting till the final-day extravanganza on Malaysia Day (Sept 16).

Two of KL’s spoken word poets – Australian poet William Beale and StarMetro’s own Melizarani T. Selva are launching their debut books They Call Us Loud and Taboo tomorrow at Merdekarya, Jalan 5/57, Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya, at 8pm.
