KUANTAN: Malaysians will be able to enjoy watching television in the digital format once the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) project is completely rolled out in populated areas by the end of next year.
Communication and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek said the DTT trial transmission phase, which was ongoing in the east coast of the peninsula, would be extended to Sabah and Sarawak followed by the northern and southern states before reaching the Klang Valley.
