SUPP chief says community leaders must fulfil promises

MIRI: Grassroot community leaders such as longhouse chiefs, pemanca and others must fulfil their duty of delivering the promises of social improvement to the living standard of the longhouses or settlements they are looking after.

Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) president Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said those holding such posts were also required to be accountable to the residents under their charge.
