AN assemblyman has called for the Draft Local Plan in the state to be gazetted as soon as possible as the state’s failure to do so is causing unhappiness among many property owners.
Tanjung Bungah assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu said as long as the draft plans were not legally binding, property owners could find deve-lopment projects unexpectedly being approved in their neighbourhood.
