KOTA KINABALU: Malaysia’s efforts in securing Sabah’s east coast has impressed a US Embassy team on a visit to the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) headquarters in Lahad Datu.

Speaking after at a briefing at the Esscom headquarters, the embassy’s Regional Security Officer Bernard Green said he admired the achievements made by Malaysian security forces within the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (Esszone).
