The Sunshine Coast of Queensland is fast gaining a reputation as a leading culinary destination.

The dish before me is the stuff of my girlhood dreams. I remember staring longingly at the golden swordfish “steak” in a book when I was young, and though I could see why it was called that, I couldn’t figure out if it tasted like beef or fish.
