Members of the Heart Support Group share how important fellowship and awareness about healthy living keeps them going.
They met each other at a support group for heart patients more than 15 years ago and ever since, octogenarians Datuk Pang Leong Hoon, Thomas Rajaiah, Pritpal Singh and A. Parameswaran have made it a point to get together at least once a week for their morning walks, followed by a leisurely breakfast.
