Perstima’s profit rises 63% on higher margin, sales volume

KUALA LUMPUR: Perusahaan Sadur Timah Malaysia (Perstima) Bhd recorded a 62.9% jump in net profit to RM9.311mil for the first quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2015, compared with a year earlier, thanks to a better profit margin coupled with a higher sales volume.
