Not the time to shy away from tough decisions

KUALA LUMPUR: Khazanah Nasional Bhd managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar says Malaysia is in a good position to move out of the middle-income trap as the country moves into the final phase of mapping out development programmes until the year 2020.

However, he said that amid the many plans in store to move the country forward, the decision-makers should not avoid making tough decisions.
