Megat Najmuddin sells 5% stake in Omesti Bhd

KUALA LUMPUR: Omesti Bhd (formerly Formis Resources Bhd) chairman Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin Megat Khas has sold 20 million shares, representing 5.16% in the technology services company, to vice chairman Datuk Mah Siew Kwok for RM9mil.
