KUALA LUMPUR: Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of UMW Holdings Bhd
after it disposed of 10 million shares.
The company said on Tuesday PNB disposed of the shares on Sept 17, reducing its total stake to 58.577 million shares or below the 5% threshold.
