Halal Industry Development Corp plans centres in China, Saudi and Europe


KUALA LUMPUR: The Halal Industry Development Corp (HDC) plans to establish a trade centre each in China, Saudi Arabi and Europe with the aim of increasing halal exports from Malaysia.

Chief executive officer Datuk Seri Jamil Bidin (pic) said positive feedback was received from all three countries as they realised the potential of raking in hefty profits.
