Zecon director vows to vote against SCR

KUALA LUMPUR: A director of Zecon Bhd Datuk Bolhassan Di @ Ahmad Di has come out to oppose the proposed selective capital reduction (SCR). 

The Sarawak-based company said on Wednesday it had received a letter from Bolhassan, who owns 11.50 million shares or a 9.66% stake, that he would vote against the SCR.
