JOHOR Baru:The public-private partnership build-operate-transfer (BOT) model is the best approach to construct the Malaysia-Singapore high-speed rail link (HSR), said Pulai MP Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed.
He said the BOT model was successfully used in the construction of the Taipeh-Kaohsiung HSR line in Taiwan which began operations in 2007.
