For many computer users there’s nothing better than the thought of a brand new computer uncontaminated by unused software that builds up on a computer over time. However, they’re wrong to think nothing will be installed except the operating system. 

Computer maker Lenovo says its users "want easy-to-use apps that allow them to be productive and that entertain them." But they may feel differently about the pre-installed programmes that are forced on them.
