“Measat’s main showcase at CommunicAsia 2014 will be our 4K UHDTV satellite transmission, in which we will be providing the region’s first 4K satellite transmission demonstration via DVB-S2X (a new digital video broadcasting transmission standard by industry-led consortium, Digital Video Broadcasting Project),” explained Raj Malik, senior vice president of sales and Marketing at Measat.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and RTM (Radio Televisyen Malaysia) are also part of the list of Malaysian exhibitors who will be at CommunicAsia this year.
