Karate exponents spar with top European fighters ahead of Asiad

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia Karate Federation (Makaf) have brought in three top European fighters for sparring sessions ahead of the Indonesia Asian Games.

Estonia’s Li Lirisman will spar with Syakilla Salni Jefry Krisnan, the flag bearer for the Malaysian contingent at the Asiad who is eyeing the gold in the women’s below 55kg after triumphing in below 61kg category in Incheon, South Korea, four years ago.
