PETALING JAYA: Armed Forces edged Penang Black Panthers 2-1 to become the champions of the inaugural SepakTakraw League (STL) Malaysia.
Zulfikar Mat Amin, Nazuha Nadzli and Asrie Isa delivered the winning point when they downed the Black Panthers’ Noor Azman Abdul, Suhairi Sulaiman and Anas Hashim 19-21, 21-14, 21-17 in the deciding regu match at the Sport Arena Sentosa in Jalan Klang Lama.
