Vanthoor wins Sepang 12 Hours again

SEPANG: Belgian Laurens Vanthoor has become the first driver to reach the top of the podium twice in a row after the Phoenix Audi R8 LMS team won the Sepang 12 Hours at the Sepang International Circuit.

Vanthoor started sixth but, along with team-mates Christopher Haase of Germany and Robin Frijns of Holland, shot into the lead towards mid-race when their car was among the first to pit when it first began to rain yesterday.
