Chance for Khairul to finish in top 10 in Le Mans

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Khairul Idham Pawi has a solid chance to fight for a top-10 finish in Sunday’s French Grand Prix at the Le Mans circuit.

The 17-year-old Moto3 rookie clocked the ninth fastest time of 1:43.106 in Saturday’s final qualifying session. Khairul, riding for Honda Team Asia, will start from the third row for the fifth round of the world championship.
