National men’s basketball coach draws inspiration from NBA champions

PETALING JAYA: National men’s basketball coach Goh Cheng Huat is looking to draw inspiration from NBA champions Golden State Warriors as he whips his charges into medal contenders for the KL SEA Games in August.

“I watched the NBA Finals (where the Warriors beat Cleveland Cavaliers 4-1) and the way (Stephen) Curry, (Klay) Thompson, (Kevin) Durant and (Draymond) Green played gave me a better idea on how to shape my team,” said Cheng Huat.
