Will Penang CM apologise or not?

I REFER to the On the Beat column “Misquoted ... or not” (Sunday Star, April 3) which brought up a related issue.

At a press conference last month, Dr Lim Mah Hui, a highly respected Penangite who is a Penang City Councillor, was accused of lying by the Chief Minister. According to the Chief Minister, Dr Lim said the council only towed one car per month while the mayor’s figure showed between 500 and 600 vehicles.
