SLOWLY but surely a new order appears to be re-establishing itself in Latin America. Well it isn’t exactly brand new, more like the old order rearing its all too familiar head.

Argentina experienced a presidential campaign most memorable for the terrible yet endearingly exuberant dance moves of outgoing left-wing Peronist Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, but ultimately it saw the conservative opposition pulling off a stunning heist when Mauricio Macri trumped Daniel Scioli in the presidential elections on Nov 22.
