MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will head to Berlin on Wednesday to discuss implementation of a peace plan for eastern Ukraine with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
