SINGAPORE: More than 12 hours after two ships collided off Singapore, three crewmembers remain missing, while two are dead.
The accident, involving a Dominican-registered dredger and Indonesian-registered tanker, happened in the early hours of Wednesday (Sept 13), about 1.7 nautical miles southwest of Sisters' Island.
