Naked woman's body found in Ampang lake


AMPANG: The body of a naked woman was found in Tasik Pandan Lake View in Pandan Perdana.

Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said police received a report that the woman had entered the lake in the nude at 8.13am on Sunday (Feb 11).

"The victim's body was recovered some two hours after she was initially sighted.

"We did not find any identification documents at the scene," he said in a statement on Sunday (Feb 11).

The body was sent to Hospital Ampang for post-mortem, he said.

"We urge those with information to come forward as soon as possible," he said.
