SEREMBAN: The Finance Ministry must specifically state the cost to take over four tolled highways in the Klang Valley for transparency purposes.
Umno Supreme Council member Datuk Jalaluddin Alias said this was necessary as he did not see the proposed takeover of the highways for RM6.2bil as a strategic move.
