JOHOR BARU: Pasir Gudang MCA believes the state government and the authorities involved in the second air pollution incident here did not learn a lesson from the Sungai Kim Kim incident.

Its chief Tan Tuan Peng said Monday (June 24) that it has been more than three months after Sungai Kim Kim but the air pollution had recurred.
