Deputy Agong agrees with Federal Govt to maintain Pulau Kukup as National Park

PETALING JAYA: The Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong has voiced his support for the Federal Government's stance on maintaining Pulau Kukup as a national park, says Dr Xavier Jayakumar.

According to the Water, Land and Natural Resources Minister, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had an audience with the Acting King on Dec 12, where the latter expressed his agreement with the Federal Government.
